On July 14, 2020 Orange County Realtors got busy picking oranges at San Juan Capistrano Historical Society to take to Second Harvest Food Bank @secondharvestfoodbankoc ~ We had so much good fun!

Saturday morning April 25th 2020 ~ Our annual garage sale is postponed till further notice due to COVID-19 . We look forward to our annual garage sale every year… but… we have shelter in place order for Laguna Hills, Orange County, California.
Look at the bright side 🌞 This will give you more time to organize, clean out closets and garages before we have a new date!! Stay well, stay safe, and I will see you out and about soon. We are strong and resilient ~ stay positive!! 🇺🇸
Steven Thomas summed it very well in the last Report on Housing from April 20, 2020… “ Like the rest of “daily life,” the housing market has not been spared from the sweeping effects of sheltering in place.” Active inventory is down 52% in last 4 weeks compared to the prior 5-year average – according to Steven Thomas.
Seller and Buyers alike are not sure what to expect next and thus we have market interruption. Life has changed for all of us. Real estate was reclassified as an essential service and we received exceptional support from our industry leaders with necessary training, forms and guidance. We are working. Conducting business with Live Virtual Open Houses and Live Virtual Showings to accommodate Sellers and Buyers, Tenants and Owners or rental properties alike during social distancing due to COVID -19. Looking forward to coming out of the sheltering in place. Today we saw golf courses opening!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!!
On March 5th 2020 we had such amazing turn out at the Ribbon Cutting for Modern Acupuncture in Laguna Hills. Laguna Hills City officials, members of Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce and general public enjoyed touring this modern facility and meeting the Owner. We all absolutely LOVED it!!
On September 12th, 2019, we joined Soka University and Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce among other guests at an opening exhibition of Gregory Gallardo. Such an accomplished artist! And right here in our own “backyard."
